About AmaTerra
AmaTerra is a founder-led sustainability consultancy that turns bold ideas into systems that work — for governments, donors and multilaterals, and for the farmer cooperatives on the ground.
Our founder
AmaTerra is led by Nancy R. Irwin — lead writer of Papua New Guinea's Sustainable Vanilla Standard and national export guide, developed with 33 government ministries. Nancy was lead writer on a UNCTAD-funded sustainability programme, an invited speaker at APEC 2026 (through PNG's Investment Promotion Authority), and has worked with the PNG Government, including a partnership with Bogia District. She speaks internationally, including at the SME Conference and the EU–PNG Trade Conference.
How we work
We listen first, co-create with purpose, and design systems that endure long after the project ends. Every project is built on trust, inclusivity and evidence.
Our mission
To empower people, restore ecosystems, and design systems that deliver dignity, equity and long-term prosperity.
